Vaughan Regional Medical Center Welcomes Karen Holland as New Quality and Risk Director
Karen brings over 20 years of healthcare experiences to her role overseeing Quality at Vaughan Regional.
Selma, AL – Vaughan Regional Medical Center and Michael James, CEO, further invested in the hospital’s commitment to quality with the hiring of Karen Holland as Quality Director, responsible for oversight of the Vaughan’s healthcare quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance efforts.
Karen comes to Vaughan from Jackson Hospital (Montgomery, AL), a 344 bed hospital in the Alabama Blackbelt, where she served as Practice Administrator for the Hospitalist and Emergency Department physicians and Quality and Regulatory Compliance Director for 23 years.
“I am honored to join the Vaughan team,” said Holland “This is an organization deeply rooted in community, and I look forward to working alongside our dedicated staff to ensure we deliver the highest standards of care for every patient we serve.”
